How will the online shop know that I was referred by storeforyou?
Three small steps are necessary so the store/partner acknowledges you as a storeforyou customer. 1. Go to the main site storeforyou.de. 2. Login to your account. 3. Select the store/partner that you would like to shop from. As you click on their information/banner, you will be directed to their website. If you have followed steps 1 and 2, then the partner will know that you were referred to them by storeforyou. Through the referral number the store/partner will automatically know that the cash bonus goes to storeforyou. We know the referral number belongs to your account and will forward the cash bonus to your account accordingly.
What are my benefits as a storeforyou customer?
As a storeforyou customer you have access to over 1,000 stores/partners. You do not have to search for low prices as you would if you were to go into a conventional store. Storeforyou has already done this for you. Forget about systems that offer you points that take you a long time to collect and convert into something you actually want. With storeforyou, you will save from your very first shopping day! You will shop with up to 70% dicounts! Compare this to traditional discount stores and online shopping networks. How does storeforyou work?
How will it work? You shop comfortably via the internet at a product partner of storeforyou.
As a registered storeforyou-client you will receive a portion of the amount you spent as bonus. For example: you pay to the seler € 100 for your purchase, but storeforyou has made arrangements with this seller to reimburse up to 35 % to all clients which will be a benefit for you.
Who are the stores/partners of storeforyou?
As a customer you will find of over 1,000 selected and well known companies, from which you can shop and receive large rebates. Join as free member and check us out.
Why did I not receive a confirmation e-mail?
You might have given a wrong e-mail address at the time of registration or made a typo. Also, depending on your mail server, our mail might be forwarded to your spam folder. Please contact our customer service team in case you didn’t receive your e-mail confirmation.
Why do I have to log-in by storeforyou?
In-order to receive a cash-back bonus you HAVE to login. It is absolutely necessary to first register as a customer (free), and before shopping you use your unique login and password to login to storeforyou.
Do I have to register before shopping?
Yes, as well as for security reasons, storeforyou will not forward your personal data to any store/partner. Each customer can decide for themselves whether to register with a specific store/partner.
How do I know what my balance is?
As you log in with your unique ID and password, you then go to Account Overview. There you will find all information about your account, which storeforyou manages for your convenience. Under the menu item My Account you will find all cash-back rebates credited to your account. You must have a balance of more than € 15.- on your account in order to receive your money. Just send us an e-mail letting us know to which bank account you would like us to send the money. Many stores/partners will only release the cash-back funds as the items purchased are paid in full.
My cash bonus is on hold. Why?
On hold means that your transaction was registered but the store/partner has not yet released the funds. The purchase first needs to be paid in full before any funds are released. As the store/partner receives payment for the transaction, they will then confirm the amount and will release the rebate.
How long untill I receive my cash bonus?
In general the entry will be submitted within 1 business day. The actual time depends on when the store/partner confirms the transaction to storeforyou.
Why did my cash bonus get cancelled?
Credits could be listed as "cancelled". If this is the case the relevant product partner (seller) may have withdrawn the credit due: you have not paid the full invoice amount, or you returned the goods ordered.
Wenn am I eligible for a cash bonus?
You are eligible for an cash bonus, as soon as the store/partner has released the funds. These credits are viewable in the section My Account.
How do I receive my bonus?
You will receive your cash as soon as you have a balance of more than € 15.- on your account. Your account will not dissolve; we keep adding your rebates until your account reaches € 15.-.
Can I cancel? How?
Yes, of course you can cancel. We do need some information about you, such as your name and your storeforyou ID. Please mail this information via postal mail to: Service account. internetwelt storeforyou.de GmbH, Kundenservice, Am Kirschberg 20 in 97218 Gerbrunn.
